Bee pollen is said to include many of life’s important components. It is considered by many to be nature’s most perfect complete food. It is claimed that contained within are high levels of vitamins, enzymes, amino acids as well as countless minerals. Bee pollen is also considered to be a first-rate supply of anti-oxidants. Bee Pollen is a complete food, and taking it helps to balance the incomplete foods that we are all used to eating in everyday life. History shows that Forever Bee Pollen has long been used since the dawn of time. Ancient chinese writings as well as religious manuscripts such as the Bible, Torah and Koran carry significant references to it. It has been used by many popular persons, one of which was the popular American president, Ronald Reagan. There is a strong belief amongst people on the healing properties of bee pollen. An efficient antibacterial feature, the ability to boost damaged cells as well as improve the body’s immune system are just some of the many features that are attributed by many to the use of bee pollen. It has also been claimed that the use of bee pollen carries with it significant benefits during the process of digestion. Despite all this, it is important that a clear perspective be kept. Thus far, I am aware of no reputable scientific study that supports the view that bee pollen is effective against any human disease. What then is the truth about Bee pollen? The masculine plant is responsible for the creation of pollen. As bees visit various plants, they transfer bits of pollen between the male and female plants, thereby causing fertilization. However not all the pollen is dropped off and the excess pollen is carried to the hive. This is why bee pollen is bound to affect people who normally have allergies. Bee Pollen and royal jelly have been documented as being responsible for the triggering of allergic reactions such as asthma, sore throats and facial itches . In most cases, a teaspoon of bee pollen is enough to trigger the reaction. But another real hidden danger is that many people will believe so much in the efficacy of bee pollen or some other nutrient of the month that they completely ignore the signs of their own body. Nutritional supplements should never, ever take the place of consultation and treatment of your doctor or competent health care professional and nutritionist.
